Azul Hotel & Beach Resort in the Mayan / Mexican Riviera is an intimate boutique-style all inclusive resort that caters to children, without the feeling that it is a kids resort. It is a small resort that isn't crowded, a quiet, refined resort with exceptional service. Upon arrival, adults are served champagne and strawberries; children are served apple juice. Rooms are small and nicely decorated, but the decor is not lavish. All rooms are within steps of the beach which is perfect for children since it is shallow without waves. All delicious gourmet meals are a la carte and even gourmet baby food jars and bottle sterilizers are provided. Some menu choices include lobster, black angus, roast duck, rack of lamb, pork chops, red snapper, mahi mahi, Asian stirfry, lots of fruit, great sandwiches, etc. Snacks include smoothies, ice cream, energy drinks. Baby monitors are provided and there are play pens at the beach and playground. Children love the mini zoos throughtout the resort. On the beach adults are lulled into a relaxed mode as they enjoy the hammocks and beach beds. Beach butlers attend to every need. There are a lot of families with small children, but teens would be bored at this resort since it doesn't have the big waterslides, disco, game room, etc. found at larger resorts. Antigua has a rich historical background as it was the headquarters for Lord Horatio Nelson's British fleet during the colonial era. Nelson's Dockyard is now a national park. New Providence Island in the Bahamas incorporates Nassau and Paradise Island. It has a colorful history with Black Beard the Pirate as one of its earlier inhabitants. Antigua
Before this lushly tropical island paradise was discovered by Columbus in 1492, it was home to the Taino Indians. History buffs will enjoy the archeological sites, one of which is near the tourist area of La Romana. The island has forested mountains, river valleys, and white sand tropical beaches that border a turquoise sea. The Dominican Republic is known for winter baseball, handcrafted cigars, museums, the Merenque, Bachata, and amber jewelry.
Jamaica is well-known for its lush tropical beauty, reggae music, jerk chicken & pork, and some of the most friendly people in the Caribbean. JoJo the Dolphin is the resident wild dolphin who voluntarily interacts with humans in his own habitat. He has been proclaimed a national treasure by the government. In addition to outstanding diving, snorkeling, fishing, and all types of water sports, visitors to the Turks & Caicos islands can ride horseback, play mini-golf, shop, visit the National Museum, and gamble in the casino.

Coconut Bay Resort is comprised of a family side (Splash) and an adult side (Harmony). On the Splash side, there are 2 body slides, a lazy river, a water park play zone, a large playground, a pirate ship, arts and crafts area, nap area. Electronic Brochure
The kids club has supervised activities. Mascots visit the club and they also welcome children in the lobby each evening.There is a new program for preteens -- a survivor-like adventure club with eco activities, exploration, hikes, team games, problem solving puzzles. Kids programs for babies through teenagers with supervised staff trained in the USA. Coconut Bay is the only resort in the Caribbean to offer paint ball.
The beach is small but nice and has a sheltered swim area. A larger beach is about a 5 minute walk.
